मेरी शादी हुई और मैं ससुराल आई तो ससुराल के लोग ठीक थे । मेरे जीवन में बहुत उतार चढ़ाव आए है लेकिन मैं भगवान का नाम लेकर आगे बढ़ती रही। देवी मां के दर्शन करने के लिए जम्मू गई ,दर्शन करने के लिए कटरा से जम्मू जाना था लेकिन पति एवं अन्य लोग आगे निकल गए और मैं पीछे छूट गई और मेरे को काफ़ी घबराहट होने लगी और मेरे पास उस टाइम फोन भी नही था ,यह पहले की बात है जब मेरी शादी नई नई हुई थी । घबराहट तो बहुत हो रही थी तभी मैंने वहां एक सज्जन भैया मिले और मैंने उनसे मदद मांगी , जैसे उन्होंने मेरे को परेशान देखा तुरंत बोले बहन क्या हुआ है क्यो इतनी परेशान हो, मुझे बताओ क्या बात हैं, मैंने उन्हें सारी बात बताई, वह बोले माता के दरबार में कोई रोते हुए नही जाता तब मैं अपने मन में बस माता का नाम रटने लगी । वह सज्जन भैया ने मेरी बहुत मदद की , वहां से मुझे वह बस स्टैंड लेके गए ताकि मैं पति को ढूंढ सकू। हम दोनों मिलकर इनको खोजने लगे, सारे बस को चेक कर रहे थे ,मैं परेशान हो रही थी ,भैया बोली चिंता मत करो अभी कई बस बाकी है और टाइम भी है अभी । अब तो बस आंख से बस आंसू आने वाले थे ,मैं अपने आंसू रोक रही थी लेकिन रुक नहीं रहे थें वो आंसू । भैया ने हिम्मत दी कहा देखना जरूर यही मिलेंगे ,हम लोगों ने आगे और कई बस में चेक किया ,पर अभी भी वह दिखाई नहीं दिए । भैया बोले यह सब आखिरी कुछ बस है इसमें देखो , मैं जल्दी से उन सभी बसों में देखने लगी और आखिरकार मुझे वह दिखे मैंने उन्हें उनकी शर्ट से पहचान लिया और तब जाके सांस में सांस आई और उन सज्जन भैया का बहुत धन्यवाद किया और उन्होंने मुझसे कहा बहन कभी भी जिंदगी में हिम्मत मत हारना । मैं आज भी उन भैया की सीख अपने दिमाग में लेके चलती हूं। हर काम करने से पहले माता का नाम ज़रूर लेती हूं और आगे कदम बढ़ाती हूं। उन भईया और उनकी दी हुई सीख हरदम याद रहती है। जीवन तो एक संघर्ष ही है, अभी मुझे ऐसी कोई कामयाबी नहीं मिली फिर भी मैं खुश रहने की कोशिश करती रहती हूं और भगवान को हर पल याद करतीं हूं कि हे प्रभु जीवन अच्छा गुज़रे और अभी तक मेरा जीवन संघर्षों से भरा हुआ है और काफ़ी परेशानियां झेली है और आगे भी हिम्मत बना के रहूंगी और सब भगवान की कृपा है। धन्यवाद।।

My name is Laxmi Chourasia. Presently I have been doing social service since the age of 18. I have been a blood donor since the age of 18. I have also been an NCC cadet. Currently, I am a lifetime member of the NCC Alumni Association. Along with this, to earn a living, I am working as a Deputy Floor Manager in a private company. During the Corona period, I along with my husband Neeraj Kashyap, Founder President Shivdevi Educational and Social Welfare Society In the first wave of Corona, not only took out my income but also my PF amount and fed 500 meals per day to the needy people for about 3 months. Along with this, he helped about 200 families in the second wave. Along with this, he donated blood for many patients during this period. During the Corona period, he taught the women of the snake charmer community to make silk thread jewellry and worked towards making them self-reliant. Did I not hold any post in the organization, But as a volunteer, former NCC cadet, and a responsible citizen, I am doing all the above work. With my efforts, during the Corona period, I have helped 50,000 needy people by using old items like clothes, shoes, toys furniture, etc. ways. I want to tell other women how with small efforts we can help people with no or less money along with our household responsibilities. How can we become responsible citizens of the country? We women can do the work of upliftment of the society very well.

By profession and passion, I am serving our Rashtrabhasha Hindi. I have written several Hindi stories, poems, and articles on different topics and for different platforms. My article and story has been published in ‘Vishwa Hindi Patrika’ (a magazine of World Hindi Secretariat, Mauritius). My poems and stories on girl and women empowerment have been published in several Hindi Newspapers, such as ‘Dainik Jagran’, ‘Navbharat Times’, ‘Jansatta’ and in monthly magazine ‘Punarnava’. *मोबाइल की दुनिया* 📱 आजकल मोबाइल फ़ोन हम सब की दुनिया बन गई हैंl परंतु विडंबना यह है कि हम सब आभासी दुनिया में इतने रच-बस गए हैं कि किसी भी समय अनहोनी दुर्घटना का शिकार होते जा रहे हैं l तारीख 20 अगस्त 2023, शहर मुंगेर (बिहार) lमेरा छ वर्षिय छोटा भाई और नौ साल की छोटी बहन अपनी मां और पिता (मेरे मौसा - मौसी) के साथ चार पहिया वाहन से बाज़ार गया था l लौटते वक़्त रात आठ बजे घर पहुंचने के बाद वे अपने-अपने मोबाइल की दुनिया में खोए हुए थे। यू कहे कि सब मोबाइल लिए बात करते गारी से उतरकर अपने अपने कमरे में चले गए और मोबाइल की दुनिया में खो गए l बाज़ार से लौटे हुए लगभग आधा घंटा हो गया था। मैं अपनी मौसा और मौसी से रात के खाने के बारे में पूछने गयी। फिर मुझे छत पर मेरा छोटा भाई दिखाई नहीं दिया। फिर मैं नीचे आ गयी और भाई को ढूंढने लगी l वह घर में कहीं नजर नहीं आ रहा थाl मैंने घर पर सबसे पूछा- भाई कहां है? सबने कहा- वो पापा के साथ छत पर होंगे... मैं फिर छत पर देखने के लिए दौड़ी, लेकिन भाई वहां भी नहीं था। मैंने घर में सबको बताया- नीशू (छोटा भाई) घर में कहीं नज़र नहीं आ रहा.. तब सब परिवार के लोग घर के सभी कमरों, बालकनी, बाथरूम, गली, सभी जगह खोजने लगे। और भाई का नाम लेकर इधर-उधर चिल्लाने लगी लेकिन कोई जवाब नहीं मिलाl फिर मैंने सोचा... हो सकता है भाई शायद गाड़ी रुचि में ही रह गया होगा? मैंने चाभी लीं और घर से कुछ दूरी पर खड़ी गाड़ी की ओर भागी। मैंने जल्दी से दरवाज़ा खोला और देखा कि वह वहीं कार की पिछली सीट पर पसीने से लथपथ अर्धबेहोशी की हालत में लेटा हुआ थाl मैंने झट से उसे उठाया और गोद में लेकर घर ले आयाl उसके कपड़े उतार कर उसे हवा में लिटा दियाl कुछ क्षणों के बाद वह बस रोए जा रहा था लेकिन थोड़ी देर बाद चुप हो गया। परिवार के सभी सदस्यों ने राहत की सांस ली। इस तरह मैंने अपने छोटे भाई की मोबाइल की लत के कारण होने वाली 'अनहोनी दुर्घटना' से जान बचाई और कुछ दिनों बाद उसके साथ 'रक्षा-बंधन' भी मनाया। यह कहानी मेरे जीवन से जुड़ी एक सच्ची घटना पर आधारित है जो यह संदेश देती है कि मोबाइल डिवाइस आपके जीवन के साथ-साथ बच्चों के जीवन को भी संकट में न डालदे। ध्यान रखेंl

Suman Singh: Transcending the barriers of pain through love. A successful business woman, a strong community builder, a mentor-coach, and a woman with immense compassion – Suman Singh is inspiring thousands of women who find a miss in their lives. There are major milestones which made her come that long in her journey and among the major one was being a successful breast cancer survivor. Her fateful diagnosis on 25th June 2020 suggested a rapid spread of disease. The grasping moments of sorrows were enlightened with gripping hands of lord’s love. Her insight of lord reminded her of the verse of bible ““even before they call, I will answer and while they are still speaking, I will hear” She asked for help and help poured in, as splashes of grace. In hours funding started to come from unknown women out there on Facebook (Gurgaon Moms), who empathized and opened their hearts to help. In no time Suman’s fight for life became a collective prayer, which got answered. She underwent 8 cycles of chemo and 31 cycles of radiation successfully sharing her victory with everyone and bouncing back smiling and inspiring other cancer warriors. Suman is still under recovery and her unconditional love for her daughter and her deep connection with almighty has changed the dimensions of her existence in such a way that she is liberating not only the cancer warriors but also women who need upliftment in anyway.

Since childhood I was a meritorious student always used to rank 1st in class, teacher’s pet and very cheerful. I am a Winner of Zee Titan Antakshari in 2007-08 which was broadcasted on National television and became remarkably popular. With a desire to turn my dreams into reality, had chosen a professional career with L&T in Human Resource Department after completing my MBA as I was always People oriented. Upon joining Team North in year 2011 got responsibility of taking charge of entire T&D activities and then got married at an early age to start my new innings of life. Had ambitions and dreams like other girls of my age but was not lucky as my Husband met with an accident just after marriage and in attempt to save his life in Hospital, he underwent Right Hip disarticulation (Major Limb Amputation). Did not know that suddenly my entire universe will turn around. With Police PCR calls to ambulance sirens, tried every option to save him but doctors at AIIMS Trauma Centre, Delhi had only 01 answer that next 2-3 days are very critical as they already tried every alternative to save him. After many major surgeries performed, External life support given and with his strong will power, my husband survived with “new transformation of being without a limb”. Believe me! to narrate a story is easy but it was really a near death experience to face the forthcoming challenges which life has given us along with the Mental harassment, Phase of financial instability and a tag of being Unlucky/jinxed by society/relatives. After a phase of continuous depression and struggle for my existence to manage situation at home, I started getting ready for taking additional work assignments to keep myself occupied. With support of family and team I used to manage my works efficiently taking charge of additional responsibilities and at night used to travel back home to perform my duty for my husband who was broken completely but always used to say that “I may be disabled physically but mentally I’m not hence will find every way to prove my existence”. Knowing the additional load/responsibilities a husband shares from getting groceries, shopping, financial support, going to outstation visits with family etc while you work full time, it became emotionally hard to digest that unlike other girls I have no life like humans but simply a Machine! It became really hard to manage personal obligations specially post working hours as I never compromised my work for my personal issues. As years passed by, we could partially be able to manage but had a serious impact on my Health due to increased stress levels My BP started elevating badly with other serious complications but I decided not to give up. I am a firm believer that Time heals almost everything, so give time and however good or bad a situation is, it will change. As time passed, I used to feel slightly bad seeing other people enjoying or getting love of family and support whereas my time was yet to come. We were blessed with a baby Girl on 2016 who turned up to be an Angel in our life and since then I decided I have to fight and strive for her better future. I kept reiterating that I am born not to give up. While I was returning from my maternity leave, got transferred to handle challenging task ahead to manage entire Lucknow cluster HR operations across all sites & without giving a second thought I relocated with my 6 months old baby. Leaving the new born at Crèche for the first time at tender age of 6 months made me cry badly and used to pray to God to give me courage and strength to withstand these testing times. Had always kept a big smile on my face and decided to help anyone to the best extent possible being empathetic to others. But while going for outstation official trips, leaving baby at home with husband in this condition was a big problem. Had taken a risk and started getting support of My Seniors & team and since then have not looked back. My journey to Head HR operations of India’s most remarkable Delhi International Project made me learn to be tough and determined each day. Always being posted at Project sites facing adverse situations and site hardships being a Female employee was sometimes very challenging but always found a way out to solve critical issues and staff matters. Had gained my employees trust and belief over these years. So what’s the key to resilience? Trying hard. Recharging. Trying again. I m currently heading HR operations in India's biggest construction Giant. Still there are miles to go & achieve a better place in my Career ladder.

I am Vishakha Mehta, a dedicated practitioner of music and dance with a journey spanning nearly three decades. In 1992, I embarked on my musical odyssey, starting my formal music training. The following year, in 1993, I ventured into the world of Bharatanatyam, driven by an equal passion for both art forms. Throughout my journey, I have been blessed with unwavering support from my parents, who continually inspired and encouraged my pursuit of dance and music. My musical lineage traces back to my maternal grandfather, a musician and singer, whose legacy ignited my own musical path. I earned my B.Ed in Music (Shiksha Visharad) and a B.A in Bharatanatyam (Visharad). Despite getting married during my Upadhya Visharad (6 years of Bharatnatyam), I persevered and, after 15 years of marriage, attained the coveted title of Visharad. My determination was tested multiple times as I encountered obstacles during my Visharad dance certification, but I refused to yield to circumstances. Ultimately, I triumphed and achieved the title of Visharad, even securing the top position in the written exam in Ahmedabad. My lifelong dream of establishing an academy to impart these artistic skills to young students became a reality with the founding of "Nupur Dance and Music Academy" in Ahmedabad. This government-certified institution offers annual examinations, ensuring every student receives a government-recognized certificate. In 2018, my team and I represented India in a competition against 14 countries in Poland and Czech Republic, securing first and second place, and shining a spotlight on our nation's talent. In 2020, I joined Rangasagar Performing Arts, where my students and I achieved world records in dance, music, and painting, earning gold medals and certificates. Beyond my love for music and dance, I am a Tarot Card Reader, Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, and Vastu Consultant, sharing my expertise and knowledge with others. I also serve as an instructor in Tarot and Reiki. My journey has been made possible through the support of my grandfather, parents, and family.
