When I got married at age of 26, little did I realize that whatever decent education of being postgraduate in Science would become a life saver for me, my husband and my children in near future. Wedded into a family with heavy loan credit on my inlaws, a rented house lavish lifestyle expenses, expected form me, tore my soul from within. Within few months the disgust of my husband family grew so much that they wanted me to leave their house, forever. Determined and confident to save a marriage, a daughter survival and proving myself true to women strength, I on a journey of survival. Started a job as teacher in a reputed private school at Kanpur, invested in household chores, managed the declining business of my husband, but reluctant to give up. As luck would have within few months we shifted to Varanasi, I picked up job as a teacher at a reputed school, my husband after shifting few jobs stabilized at a decent one after years of struggle, my both daughters finely educated and we recently shifted into house of our own, its like a dream come true for us. All in all, a cycle of life where struggles were overcome by sheer determination and hard work.

I have come from a small but big hearted beautiful city of Bulandshahr. My struggle started from Admission in Loreto Convent (language was a barrier) to becoming an Entrepreneur, who wants millions of people to practice Emotional Intelligence and Sustainable Living. I am director of Motopsy India, a very fresh platform working with WISE to initiate A trasparent transportation tracking platform. I am an MBA with IB and HR after doing my Chemistry Hons. Have won Ms. Evening, farewell, Ms Science in my 10th, 12th and colleges. Also Ms. Beautiful Hair from Lakme and Mrs. India Gorgeous. Recently got a chance to be Invited by Mr. Modi's team to be a part of opening of Mandapam at Pragati Madidan. Namaste My story dates back to 2014 when I faced a few difficult health situations. - Early 2014 I had severe pain issues in cervical for which I underwent various tests & physiotherapy sessions - Mid 2014 I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease called ulcerative colitis for which I had to be on heavy medication for the rest of my life. - Towards the end of 2014 I was diagnosed with infertility. I was shattered & felt helpless. Co-incidentally I attended a health workshop where I learnt valuable knowledge & tools on how one can take care of their health & disease. It was all about making diet & lifestyle changes. Suddenly I felt much empowered. I began making changes & there was no looking back. I reversed my auto immune disease & have been medicine free since 2015. I overcame infertility, conceived & delivered my son in Feb 2016. This whole experience was life transforming for me. I wanted to help other women who were in the same boat of infertility as I was. I knew the emotional trauma that women go through. I studied to become a Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine Coach. Leveraging my personal fertility experience, knowledge & passion to help women, I became a Fertility Coach. I started diet & lifestyle programs for improving fertility. In the last 1 year I have touched the lives of 250-300 women. The biggest blessing has been to see many of them conceive & deliver healthy babies. The women I work with come with a lot of history of struggle. They have been trying to get pregnant for many years, have undergone multiple rounds of treatments, have multiple fertility / health issues. In my programs I help them to make changes in their diet & lifestyle. The aim is not just to heal the body, but heal the soul too. As they start feeling healthier, they become more confident about their body. They feel empowered to take care of themselves. This is when they become truly ready to conceive!
