Film actress Shanthi priya ji liked own handmade jewelry very much. I have got my son admitted in btech aerospace engineering. I spent a lot of time 3 months before the admission in which I faced everyday like brokers, donation etc. People are asking for donations in wrong way, totally fake. Now I am working on an important topic by telling people how to be alert at the time of admission. I believe that the truth that I am telling people at the moment is that the work is not easy and get by opening every amount. कल्पना श्रीवास्तव मैने msw किया हुआ है। मध्यप्रदेश के देवास जिले की निवासी हूं। समाज सेवा हमारे परिवार में ही शामिल है अपने पिता को मैंने एक अच्छे समाज सेवक के रूप में देखा 20 साल bank ऑफ इंडिया मेजॉब करते करते मैंने मैंने सोचा की कब तक नौकरी करूंगी इसलिए मैंने अपना खुद का सरोजगार स्थापित करने का विचार किया इस हेतु मैंने प्रधानमंत्री युवा सृजन कार्यक्रम में 20 लख रुपए का लोन लिया और अपना अपना खुद का मसाला उद्योग स्थापित किया जिसका मुख्य उद्देश्य ग्रामीण महिलाओं को रोजगार प्रदान करना था इस हेतु हमने उन्हें हाथ से वह घाटी से पीछे मसाले को तैयार करना सिखाए उन्हें एक माह का प्रशिक्षण दिया तथा विभिन्न प्रकार के मसाले के बारे में बताएं इसके साथ ही हमने जेल में रह रही महिला बंधिया को भी एक महीने का प्रशिक्षण अपने एनजीओ से देखकर उन्हें आत्मनिर्भर बनाने के उद्देश्य से विभिन्न तरह के मसले अचार पापड़ बड़ी का प्रशिक्षण दिया गया जिससे कि वह जेल से छूटने के बाद अपने पैरों पर खड़ी हो सके आज हमारी यूनिट में 5 से 6 महिलाएं कार्यरत है और उनके द्वारा तैयार किए गए मसाले को मध्य प्रदेश के विभिन्न जिलों में खादी ग्राम उद्योग की विंध्या वैली स्कीम में छोड़कर सप्लाई किया जाता है से वह आत्मनिर्भर होने के साथ-साथ आत्मविश्वासी भी हो गई है जो महिलाएं पहले खेतों में मजदूरी करती थी अपना वह अपने बच्चों का लालन पालन करती थी आज हमारी कंपनी का टनॉवेर 45 लाख तक पहुँच गया है हमारा युद्देश महिला ओ को आत्मनिर्भर बनna है बस यही है मेरी सफलता की कहानी

As a woman who was married off without a choice, my life shifted too drastically, as I not only migrated from a big city like Nagpur to a small, conservative city of Amravati, but also from a pampered daughter to a daughter in law who had no idea how orthodox the family and her husband's personality was. As a pathologist, my parents thought that me getting married into a doctor's family who owned a hospital would be the best choice. But little did they know that as soon as my feet crossed the threshold, I was told that I am not allowed to work and that the hospital would close down soon enough. Despair is a small word for what I was feeling then. The four walls of the house were like suffocating boundaries to me. As an enthusiastic and chirpy woman, I knew that I had to do something. So, I decided to capitalize on my talents of dancing and singing by taking classes for ladies of the town. But even my stomping feet couldn't subdue the thumping of my heart that screamed that it was not enough. I even did event management alongside with the classes but it was not who I wanted to be. Being an avid reader, I had a strong hold on the English language. Noticing that some ladies wanted to learn basic English, I started teaching them, only to discover that I have a knack for teaching. The ladies, impressed by my skill, pushed me to start thinking of taking English tuitions for their kids as unlike them, they atleast have a future to salvage. But who would attend tuitions of a woman who doesn't have a degree in anything English related? My father, my backbone, encouraged me to earn a degree of BA in English Literature. With the support of my in laws, who had finally opened their minds a bit, I started studying; 4 hours of sleep for 3 years and while attending to the needs of my 2 small kids and the entire household. Never did I think that my will to do something would make me an all India gold medallist in English Literature and that the award would be handed over to me by Dalai Lama! The tears of joy and pride that I saw in my parents' and children's eyes were priceless. Starting with 2 students, my tuitions for English and social sciences gradually earned fame with time and has now 100 students sitting in front of me. The respect and love that I receive from my students, when they don't forget to celebrate my bday and teacher's day, and trust my consultations for their future, is the best feeling in this world. Wanting to progress further, I decided to do MA, but life pulled me down when my mother in law was diagnosed with cancer. To be there with her, I had to leave my ambitions behinds, but I have no regrets. No longer dependent on my husband and having a status of my own made me an integral decision maker of the household. The respect that I now receive from my in laws for being a woman on whom the whole household is dependent took me through such a long path of struggles. Going on solo trips, fulfilling all the needs of my children, and enjoying quality time with my parents is everything I can do freely now because I felt the need to be confident and independent. Society looks at me as a bold and empowered woman, who carries major influence on the lives of many. My biggest achievement is that I became an idol for my own daughter, who knows that she has the right to have her life in her own hands and the liberty to achieve anything. I am glad she is a bigger feminist in every sense than I ever was.
