Only 19 years me meri shadi hui aur ek beti ko janm dene ke baad meri life me turning point aaya kyuki meri family ko beta chhiye tha mujhe apna ghar chodna pada fhir beti ki parvaris education etc.bahut si responsibility thi 22 years struggle kiya beti ne icse board se 12th kiya & ab wo private college se MBBS kar rahi hai meri financial position bhi theek nahi hai lekin mujhe beti ka carrier banana hai isliye aaj bhi sagharh jaari hai samaj me betiyon ka carrier bahut important hai hamari sarkar bhi beti padhao beti bachao par concentrate kar rahi hai but basically financial or other problem ke karan bahut si betiyan apna dream pura nahi kar sakti. meri govt. I am working with All India Radio as an announcer and is also the Principal of a school. Through both the medium, in have initiated the prohibition of anything that comes in the plastic cover, also the products in plastic cover, polythene is been now prohibited by many people. Since toothpaste tube and toothbrush also takes time to decay and increases garbage that hardly decomposes and created problems to mother earth, the people are motivated to use bamboo or neem sticks for brushing. The girls in the school are promoted to use cloth pads rather than the plastic or get coated pads that of course comes in plastic packets. Mother earth is as much of animals as of humans, the segregation of the waste in to blue and green plastic bins is yet another practical approach towards protecting animals who engulfs plastic in search of food from the garbage. initially the prohibition of the said material and also the aluminum foil etc was difficult,later it became the habit of the people who joined into this motto of prohibiting the plastic entirely from the lives. apart from this i m personally taking participation in the imparting of education of girls in the society.Taking care of helpless and underprivileged pregnant women is another way of helping the needy. The girls who are in the orphanage or are facing serious concerns for any reason are been taken care and regular counseling helps the girls remain mentally strong to combat and fight the issues in life.

कानपुर की रहने वाली मैं सुनीता श्रीवास्तव हाउस वाइफ होने के साथ एक एंटरप्रेन्योर हू , पति के नाम से तो सब हमे जानते हैं लेकिन अपने नाम से भी हमारी पहचान हो तथा कुछ ऐसा काम करे जिससे हम सामाजिक, और किसी की जरूरत मंद की सहायता कर सके तो इसके लिए मैने घर से ही कुकिंग क्लास लेना शुरू किया साथ ही उन लड़कियों को सिखाया जो रुपए के अभाव मे बड़ी जगहों पर नहीं सीख पाती है लेकिन सिखाने के लिए भी समान चाहिए होता था तो मैंने खुद बेकिंग कोर्स किया और घर से ही केक के ऑर्डर लेने शुरू किया लेकिन ऑर्डर कैसे मिले तो लोगो को टेस्ट कराया जब सबको पसंद आने लगा तो धीरे धीरे काम मिलता गया जो केक बनाने से रुपए मिलते हैं उसी से जरूरत मंद की सहायता करती हूं साथ ही जिनको सिखाती हूं वो भी आज अपना काम घर से कर रही है मेरे पति के नाम के साथ अपने काम से मैने अपनी पहचान बनाई सुनीता किचन को एक पहचान मिली मेरा यही कहना है सब हाउस वाइफ से घर के साथ कुछ भी काम शुरू करे क्योंकि सभी मै एक हुनर जरूर होता है !

जीवन में उतार चढ़ाव अक्सर बहुत आते रहते हैं लेकिन परिवार को साथ -साथ लेकर चलना चाहिए | परन्तु परिवार एक साथ है समाज भी साथ रहता हैं| समाज वहा दिखता हैं जहां समाज बस्ता हैं |परन्तु आपस में भाई भाई में रूढ़ा पन रहेगा तो कुछ भी नही है |परिवार के साथ सब को मिल जुल कर रहना चाहिए |

# प्यारी नानी # आज हमारी नानी आ रही है और उनके आने की खुशी हम तीनों भाई-बहन के चेहरे पर साफ नजर आ रही थी । बचपन में हम हर साल छुट्टियों में नानी के घर जाया करते । मौसी और उनके बच्चे भी आते हम सब मिलकर बहुत मस्ती करते और छुट्टियां कब बीत जाती है पता भी ना चलती । अब बड़े हो जाने पर पढ़ाई व कैरियर के कारण जाना ही नहीं हो पाता और जाते भी तो एक या ज्यादा से ज्यादा 2 दिन के लिए ‌। हम तो अब जा नहीं पाते सो अब हम नानी को ही कुछ दिनों के  लिए अपने पास बुला लेते, जिससे उनके और हमारे दोनों के मन को थोड़ा सुकून मिल जाता ।‌‌ नानी को घर आए आज 10 दिन गुजर गए और पता भी ना चला , ऐसा लगा जैसे वह कल ही तो आई थी हमारे पास। इस बीच हमने बहुत सी बातें की उनके बचपन की, उनके समय में लोग कैसे रहते थे और नानू से उनकी शादी कैसे हुई और ऐसे ही बहुत सारी पुरानी बातें और हमने श्री कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी महोत्सव भी बहुत धूमधाम से बनाया।  कल नानी  जाने वाली है यह सोचकर मन थोड़ा उदास हो गया है कुछ अच्छा नहीं लग रहा है ।‌ अगले दिन नानी जाने के लिए तैयार हो जाती हैं और नानी ने जाते वक्त मम्मी से  भावुक स्वर में कहा बिटिया .. मेरे जाने के बाद, दोनों बहनें प्यार से सुलह से रहना, कभी किसी बात को लेकर मनमुटाव ना रखना और अपने भाइयों को भी सही  रास्ते से भटकने ना देना । उनकी यह बात सुन मम्मी का गला भर आया पर उन्होंने खुद को संभाल लिया.. और कहा ये कैसी बातें कर रही हो मां.....। नानी कहती हैं.. समय किसी ने कहां देखा है बिटिया आज है कल ना हो और उम्र भी हो चली है .. तुम्हारे पापा के जाने के बाद जीने की और इच्छा नहीं रही। नानी की बात को बीच में ही काटते मम्मी बोल पड़ती है ... मां अगर अब आपने एक और ऐसी बात की ना तो मैं ...आपको यहां से कभी नहीं जाने दूंगी। नानी बोली ठीक है अब नहीं बोलूंगी ,तभी मैं वहां आ जाती हूं तो दोनों बात पलट देते हैं और एक दूसरे गले लगने लगते हैं तो मैं बोल पड़ती हूं क्या बात है मां बेटी में प्यार हो रहा है और मैं भी उन दोनों  के गले लग जाती हूं । नानी  हम सभी को ढेर सारा प्यार और आशीर्वाद देकर भाई के साथ मामा जी के पास चली जाती है । उनके जाने के बाद मम्मी ने मुझे बताया की नानी  जाते वक्त उनसे क्या कह रही थी यह कहते हुए मम्मी का गला भर आया और मेरे भी आंखे‌ आंसुओं से भर गयी । मन में कई विचार उमड़ने लगे  कि जब एक दिन वो हमारे बीच में नहीं रहेंगी तो नहीं नहीं.....यह सोचकर भी डर लगता है । वो छुट्टियां वो बचपन सब बहुत याद आएगा, नानी के घर जाने की खुशी, वहां जाकर ढेर सारी मस्ती करना, बर्फ के गोले खाना ,दोपहर में नानी का हमें बाहर न जाने देना कि कहीं धूप लग जाएगी ,बताशे में पुदीना का रस लगाकर हमें खिलाना , हमारे लिए प्यार से पेड़े बनाना, रात को हमारे पेट पर गर्म पानी की बोतल फेरना की कहीं अपच ना हो जाए। ऐसी बहुत सी बात है जिन्हें शब्दों में बयां नहीं किया जा सकता ,क्योंकि नानी और उनका प्यार दोनों ही विशेष है अनमोल है। यह सब सोचते- सोचते मेरी आंखों से झर- झर आंसू वहने लगते की तभी मेरे कानों में किसी की आवाज सुनाई देती है, जिसके कारण मेरी आंख खुल जाती है आंख खोलने पर देखती हूं कि सामने नानी थी । मुझे समझ में नहीं आ रहा था कि यह सब हो क्या रहा था मेरे साथ ....तभी नानी कहती है क्या हुआ बेटा तू सोते-सोते रो क्यों रही थी ,कोई बुरा सपना देखा क्या । नानी आगे कुछ कहती उससे पहले ही मैं उनके गले से लग जाती हूं और उन्हें अपनी बाहों में कसकर थाम लेती हूं उन्हें कभी ना खोने के लिए।।            रंजना बघेल          इटावा उत्तर प्रदेश✍️

I was in class 8 when one of the girl of our got her periods and she panicked herself and the children sitting around her learned but they didn't react and almost half of the class helped her even the boys to calm her and get her to the nurse room and later she thanked everyone and children who got nervous after hearing the news learned and their perspective changed and I think it should be treated normally women and girls should be seen normally and everyone should assist her without making a big issue.
