I dont like to talk much I believe my work should talk. I work as HR but few society impacts tasks carried by me are was involved in pulling money and helped 4 families affected during flood. Voluntarily Distributed basic necessities for the people affected in flood.have constantly helped orphan kids and elderly people with their annual needs education. Pulling money from the like minded people and assisting members to overcome medical expenses too. Along with my work carrying interest at a small pace and looking forward to do more.Have self interest to do more as an enterpreneur at wider level too. Hoping to assist and be the ray of hope for those who are in need.

Myself Monica Negi an entrepreneur woman , Co-Founder/Director of tour and travel company name Daksh Hello Travel. Along with I am Insurance Consultant of bajaj Allianz life insurance pvt ltd. With vast work experience and universal challenges in the field of consultancy before marriage which helped me to kickstart post marriage with startup travel company. As being a girl in small village town parents hesitant to go against the norms of society and lets their daughter study or work because of what people will say in society is big question mark but my parents didn’t think about it and support all there children to grow always up only.Every entrepreneur woman faced lot of challenges in becoming successful women. I have also face for the same personally being a housewife have to see my 5 month baby and house work both and officially have to manage clients needs and satisfaction to rate 5* for my company by providing good services. But with full unconditional support of my husband I did it successfully by balancing work -life in navigating challenges and leverages social media for engaging travel promotions. I will say every woman’s success should be an inspiration to another. We are strongest when we cheer each other on. She is like a tea bag you can’t tell how strong she is until you put her in hot water.

I was short of hearing for past 3 years. Dr. Advised me to wear hearing aid. I was feeling shy and hesitated. I was afraid to to out. But my sister fotced me and bought a hearing aid👂. I am very happy now. I can hear my sisters laughter and birds chirping. I feel like a Queen now. I am happy now.

Hello, I am Nidhi Gupta, a self taught home baker from Jalandhar, Punjab. I absolutely love and enjoy the art of cooking and baking. Many years ago, after my marriage, in my free time, I used to see cake recipes n videos on social media n used to try new designs of cakes. In 2014, I started my journey as a hobby baker of eggless cakes, cupcakes and chocolates. I used to make it for my friends n family. Then I made my facebook page with the name NIDHI CREATIVE KITCHEN n used to upload my cake pics there. My friends, family n followers used to appreciate my work, that encouraged me to make more beautiful n different cakes. I fell in love making cakes n slowly n steadily it had become my passion to make different n unique cakes. Seeing those beautiful smiles n excitement on the face of bday boy or girl, it gives me immense happiness n satisfaction bcoz of which I always get inspired to do more unique work. Being in a joint family n having small kids, it was not so easy to do my work out of my routine schedule, so i used to work at midnight because that was the only time when i could follow my passion. My daughter was my one n only biggest support, strength n motivator. Whenever i felt down or felt lack of support she always stood by myside n asked me that “Mumma u can do it, dont feel down, just do it”. So i kept trying finding time for my passion of making cakes even in odd hours. I sacrificed my sleeps n kept working n now I have become specialized in making 3D cakes. I m a founder of NIDHI CREATIVE KITCHEN which is on Facebook, Instagram. With the same name, i m running my Youtube Channel too where i upload 3D cake tutorials videos. Now I keep trying to make more unique n innovative realistic cakes. I have won many Baking Competitions in which i stood first always n left judges n audience with opened mouth out of being surprised with my realistic 3D cakes. I m honoured with many National n International Awards from prestigious leading personalities as Innovative Cake Artist. Recently, I have got an International Award in Dubai as Unique Cake Artist. Another Indo International Achieverd Award from Bollywood star Shilpa Shetty in Jaipur. I have received India’s most prominent food n hospitality Award 2023 from Celebrity chef sanjeev Kapoor. N received many awards under the title Most Innovative Cake Artist, Unique 3D Cake Artist, Woman Achievement award etc . My name has been recorded in Magic Book of Record as Genius Artist of India. My recipes r published in newspapers too. My interview was published in The Tribune newspaper. I got featured in an ebook published by LaExcellencia. World renowned Masterchef Vikas Khanna also appreciated my work when he saw n tasted my cake in an event. I feel blessed that I got recognised n my work liked by my followers n friends. Being recognised as an individual for my work is my biggest reward. N now my dream is to become an International Cake Artist n with God’s blessings I will do it for sure
